Golf Rounds Lost

I joined PMG and at this moment pay R 329 per month and get 2 rounds of golf per month at available golf courses. They advertise it that way but they say it is a subscription and the golf is free. So its a gift to you and they can take it away if they like like if you do not use it the month they issue it. There used to be a way to transfer rounds to the next month which they call a loophole. I lost many rounds last month. I also used some of last months rounds to book this month but I did not receive any new rounds this month as they said they used this months rounds for this month and I lost last months rounds. They can tell me whatever they like but the fact is I pay for the rounds and I am entitled to what I pay for. Its like going to Pick n Pay and buy milk and after a week PnP come to your house and take back the milk since you didnt use it. What PMG say is their opinion and made up rules and ideas but I am past than now. I have talked with many more members that als do not agree at all. So it is not for PMG or us as members to decide. I have handed the case to the consumer board and anyone else with a similar complaint should call 0800007081. And let them decide.
