Hi guys. I booked a fourball for Sunday 26 Jan at Ebotse. I used my birdie points to book for myself and paid with my Visa card to book for my three friends. However, it turned out that two of my friends (Lex Kriel 084 587 4159 and Reinhardt Hattingh 083 603 4683) still had their free rounds for January available. The free round tick boxes were not available next to their names when I made the booking though, therefore I paid for their rounds. They have in the meantime cleared up the bug with your call centre and were re-booked for Sunday with their free rounds, but instead of receiving a cash refund I see my birdie points have now increased from 1 000 odd to 3 000 odd. Ebotse = R215 per player, so please refund me R430 as soon as possible. Thanks.
