In the past, users were always able to utilise their free rounds right up until the last day of the month, even if that meant you were booking into the following month. Now this has changed, and you only have 21 days to book and use your free rounds in that current month, before the booking starts utilising the following month's free rounds. So now, i am losing one free round a month, because of this change. I find it really unacceptable that i no longer have the full month to use my free rounds, but rather only 3 weeks.

Please revert back to the old system, that really made me feel like PMG was worth it. We have been so happy in the past with the service and offering, but this is disappointing.
