No business sense at all

Can someone maybe explain to me how Daniel Eglin can be a senior manager at PlaymoreGolfSA with his lack of business sense? I am a member who plays well over 100 rounds of golf per year using PlaymoreGolfSA. That is well over R12 000 worth of income to PlaymoreGolf. Not to mention me signing up a friend who also play as much golf as I do. Yet Daniel Eglin is concerned about refunding me 4 free rounds? Really now? Does Daniel have no business sense? Why would PlaymoreGolf allow me to cancel my membership over this issue?

Is there maybe any other senior manager who has more business sense than Daniel? Please do not let Daniel contact me again. I do not want to speak to the man again
