Complaint / review / scam report
L have been trying to activate my decoder for the past two weeks. Yesterday l decided to set the day to activate my decoder. l emailed Top TV on their complaints email to inform them to call me in the morning. They never did call. l also sent them an sms with my Ref number as they had previously advised me to do so. l got a sms saying they will contact me in 24hrs. Its now 24hrs still no call. l tried calling them and l must have been on hold for more than half an hour. One wonders what service l will get after activation if on the onset l am receiving such poor service. Starsat do you rely care?
