So October DSTV double charged me for my explora and pvr and not for explora and pvr as xtra view. So I was billed and direct debit double the subscription. DSTV rectified this.

Now this month I phone to have my beach house decoder activated for a few days to find out my account is 1700 again and overdue. I will be disconnected January if not paid. I mean really, I pay via direct debit and account should be 695 little bit for beach house decoder few days. Not overdue. Please check my account and fix it. When I phone the call centre they just say make the payment. They are clueless.
