In October I purchase a new HD decoder to replace my old standard DSTV decoder.
I installed the new decoder and duly contacted the call center to activate it.
I informed them that I was replacing my standard decoder with the new one.
The new HD decoder and smart card was activated BUT
In October I was charged 3x premium subscription and every month there after a double premium subscription.
On querying this I was told they will need to check the phone call...
That was two weeks ago... Why so long to sort out a simple query that they must get all the time?
Please help, DSTV is expensive, but worth it, but 3x and 2x subscriptions is a bit silly.
