Booked in advance for the Hobbit on Saturday morning. After a 40 minute wait, they couldn't be bothered to tell us sooner, we were told they were having technical difficulties and needed 10 more minutes. After another 15 minutes, they told us the movie was cancelled. Even with a refund and half assed apology, not even an olive branch of free tickets or a chocolate was offered. So no compensation for petrol, parking and time wasted.
Further, they admitted they knew they were having problems but clearly did not bother to fix it in advance or notify customers in advance.
Absolute rubbish.
