Ridiculous excuse about activation

Hi

I recently middle October had dstv explora installed and my old pvr setup as extraview with heart beat and not using my old small decoder anymore. I had PVR with small decoder xtraview, now I wanted Explora main and pvr xtraview.

Upon my bank direct debits this morning I was charged 1714 due to fact they are claiming my installer was cut off before everything was switched over. I listened to installer call with dstv as was on speaker saying when error codes where cleared. The person said everything is now switched over to new smart cards. So in turn they charged me for pvr and explora full service. I was suppose to be charged same as every month 695 as I mainly just switched to new decoder.

Now the call centre could not help and supervisor is busy and will give me a call back. I am still waiting for that call back. I merely want the extra 1000 they charged refunded as I am not willing to pay for a service I did not use or ask for.
