I have been using top tv for 4 years, when they introduced prepaid vouchers I started buying them it made things easy 4 me, I would activate my voucher via toptv website but now I can't. Today I bought a voucher R279 and had to send a sms at first I was having problems with the sms but it finally went through and when it did go through it tells me my account is activated, but its not. I bought R60 airtime and phoned the customer care line but I was put on hold waiting for a consultant which never answered. I then sent an email with no response I then sent a msg via facebook, I got a reply via facebook to send my details and my financial account number, I sent my cell number and told them in the msg that I'm not sure what a financial account number is but I got no response. I would like toptv to either put my channels on or give my money back and I will use the money to put dstv in my home because my kids are crying to watch their cartoons. I'm very disappointed with starsat
