PREPAID - BLOCKED TOO EARLY

I purchased a pre-paid voucher on 03/11/2014. This morning I find my service blocked. Voucher is meant to be valid for a month. Some one at Top TV cannot count. Please reinstate my service immediately. This happens every month and I have had enough! If it is not on by 11am today I am reporting you to the BCCSA.
