There is no contact details for toptv when you have a problem. I bought a new recharge voucher on 01/10/2013, when loading the voucher i received a sms saying that the voucher has already been used, i tried to phone the call centre on the following number 086 008 and the number does not exist. A bit later i switched the decoder off and on again and it was working but on limited stations i paid R279. for the Ultimate Package but that is not what i am receiving. Voucher number:0137721228511044, Card number: 0000 0180 1950. Please assist
