I'm an old subscriber of Toptv and bought a prepaid voucher and loaded it and after loading it I was still not connected, then I phoned the call centre about my problem and I was told that there's a problem with my decoder then the lady told me that I must bring it to their offices in Woodmead, when I got there the colored lady who ask me to bring it took it nd checked it nd came back nd told me I must change it bcoz its old, I asked her about the voucher I loaded she then said it will show after buying a new decoder, now my old one is working nd my voucher does not show that I loaded it, again I phoned Starsat nd they promised to investigate nd come back to me still there's no response from them, I called even today spoke to Octavia who told me she will escalate my query, now I'm sick of this coz I use a contract phone to call them and it cost more than the voucher, its been 2weeks calling them but still my problem is not resolved. What kind of service is this? This is pathetic!
