To whom it may concern

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I received from your organization especially customer service and your billing system, it seems you don't care about customers when it comes to billing, my frustration started when I requested to amend the debit order date from the 15th to the 1st of each month, on the 18-11-2013 I physically visited your in Jabulani Mall in Soweto, however my query was not resolved on the spot, instead I was told to the using airtime[0112892222] I called the number as instructed by the consultant from Jabulani Mall, the last agent from the call centre that I spoke to[Alias Makgwe] who was not helpful at and he was laughing while I was complaining at him and I felt that I'm not a valued customer, he even told me that I'm owing R20, 00 as per system and it was not his fault if the system decided to incorrectly billed me, he said this is beyond his control, kindly listen to the recording and supply promptly feedback
