Poor Service for Disabled Customers at Computicket

My brother is in a wheelchair and it is virtually impossible to book tickets via Computicket for Disabled seating at concerts. I was on the phone to the Computicket Call Centre for 2 hours on the morning of 21/11/2013 before I was redirected to an agent. After much frustration I bought the tickets for Eminem and received my booking confirmation via email. I was then contacted on 22/11/2013 only to be told that there was a problem with my booking and that the seats that had been booked were not disabled seats and the amount of R850 would need to be re-debited off my account in order to secure this booking. I am still waiting for the booking confirmation four days later. This is not the first time that I have struggled to get disabled tickets for concerts through Computicket. It was the same problem with Linkin Park and Rihanna and after numerous complaints nothing has been done to change the disabled booking system. It is already difficult to get disabled access to the venue, as this is limited and then to be met with poor customer service and bad organisation is even more disheartening and frustrating. The booking system for disabled tickets needs to change. I am deeply upset.
