My Top TV signal disappeared on Sunday 18th November 2013. The screen comes up with instructions for 'new installation' which i have duly followed, to absolutely no avail. I have called the call centre everyday for the past 4 days and have spoken to numerous persons, for about 3 or 4 minutes before the line is dropped - this after having been left on hold for up to 10 minutes on calling the customer care number. I ring back, go through the 'hold procedure' all over again, finally reach a customer care consultant to talk to, and the call is dropped again and again and again
I resorted to contacting Top TV electronically, via their website - wherein I explain the problem that I am having with the signal and in reaching their call centre and request that they please call me. I've had zero response to the five emails sent to them
I want my top tv signal to be repaired AND I want reimbursement for the past five days that I've had no signal
