I attended a event at the ICC (ZEE Stars) on 24-03-2013 and to my dissappointment the seats were not according to what they were displayed to be on the booking screen when you are in the line choosing the tickets. I raised the complaint with the computicket staff that were present but their attitude was was to tell me to just deal with it
And i did understand that it was the R150 tickets and i didn't expect to be righ in the front, but do NOT foo people with false layout plans, as the ICC is so massive they should really get a proper layout for the room they would be using rather rather than use a standard layout for every room, as they are all different.
