I noticed an SMS on my phone telling me I have subscribed to a service with Boungiorno Sa and the cost is R5 per day... so far they have taken R85 from me. I do not recall subscribing to them. They claim I entered some competition which I never do. I have made 3 phone calls and they tell me they have unsubscribed me but the R5 is still being deducted. Vodacom assures me it is Buongiorno Sa.
What do I do now? Surely this cannot be legal. They must be fleecing millions of us every day!
