Let me take the opportunity to clarify the term "disabled friendly". It means that the unit must be wheelchair friendly which includes access to the entrance of the charlet, the bathroom and bedroom. Therefore we always specify when we make a booking.
I am so disappointed. We are with flexi club for years, and I can not make a booking and trust that it will be problem-free. Before we depart to our destination I must always phone the venue (at additional phone costs) to confirm that the unit is disabled friendly.
This time was no different. 4 Disabled people were booked-in in a unit which have 2 rooms upstairs!! If I did not confirm with Dikhololo i was going to stare humiliation again in the face upon arrival. Thank you to Dikhololo for changing our booking.
Just to find out that Flexi Club is charging us an additional R300.00 for changing the booking, which they made incorrectly in the first place!
My question is what more must I do to ensure that my bookings are done correctly the first time, in order for me to enjoy my holiday which I pay for?
