I would like to extend a complement to the cashier ladies at the Shoprite / Checkers branch of Computicket cnr. Ballyclare and William Nicole. I made the mistake of booking tickets on line and arriving at the outlet expecting to pick up my tickets. Unbeknown to me, the procedure for on-line booking for this particular event was to book and print the tickets myself. Fortunately for me, the cashiers managed to cancel my on line booking and re-issue, despite the computicket call centre number which they were trying to call taking forever to ilicit a reply and despite a massive queue behind me. I don't think I would be able to handle that amount of pressure if I were in their shoes, that is for sure. I found the cashiers / computicket respresentatives to be cool, calm and very efficient.
