It is with utter disgust and regret that I write this.
After buying my Rihanna tickets online - to the value R2, 000.00 - I was extremely upset to find that other people had exactly the same tickets to the seats I thought I bought and had.
Clearly Computicket is unscrupulous in selling tickets for events - with complete disregard for the patrons in the process.
Not only did it take more than an hour to resolve this mess, the incompetence and ignorance from those who suppose to be familiar with "double booking protocol" was appalling. Was it not for the sincere attempts and efforts of the ushers we would have lost a lot more in the event.
We made it to revised seats with literally minutes to spare before the main performance started - the discomfort and diminished enjoyment of the show (that I paid for in good faith) left a bitter taste in our mouths and has me disgusted in Computicket's reputation and credibility.
