No place in centurion to return faulty decoders

I was informed by call center agent to take my faulty decoder to randburg multichoice offices because they dont have a servicing centre in centurion! I did not buy my decoder in randburg why should I drive to randburg to get this decoder exchanged. Im stuck now with this. I had to buy a new decode
