Disconnected my DSTV

Multichoice I don't understand why i'm getting a E16 error where else my account is due on the 1st of December, I installed my DSTV in October and I payed R200 in the beginning of the month so that it can last for 2 months, Now you just disconnected my thingy. as long as i'm concerned, my payment is still viable until the 30th of November.by the way i'm using DSTV access. Attend to this matter as soon as possible, because I don't money to call your call Centre.
