False Information on phone and web site

We have a pvr decoder (primary decoder) and extra view (secondary decoder). We went on holiday in Dec 2012 and checked the call centre to find out which decoder to take along as the self catering unit we were going to had a dish and we were led to believe by Multichoice that if we took our 2ndary decoder we would be able to watch DSTV while away. this never happened the call centre person 'could not get the signal thru to our decoder? '. In April once again we are going away again to a self catering unit with a dish and we checked both call centre and web site and were informed that we needed to take our primary decoder this time, the web site even mentions the fact that should you have a HD PVR decoder and the dish you are using is set up for single view then the PVR decoder will act as a single view decoder. After about 2 hours holding for the call centre and eventually getting thru the call centre person told us that we would not be able to get a signal as the dish is set up for single view with one cable running from the dish and we needed three cables running from the dish another week that Multichoice have taken out subscription money and we have not had the enjoyment.
