On 14 November we went to Ster kinekor Secunda to see Thor. We booked the seats via self service (selected G7&8 lovers seats) When we entered the cinema there were people sitting on our seats, they had the same seat numbers on the ticket. We asked a employee to sort it out and she then told us the people with the same seat numbers were booked for 15 November, if we could take different seats. She showed us another lovers seat. Just after the movie started another couple came and told us we were sitting on their seats, they shouted and sweared at us. We stood up and left the cinema. We contacted the manage on duty. He apologised and refunded our tickets, however we could not watch the movie and had to go home as the night was spoilt, and we were embarrassed. This was our first visit to this cinema and we only had this night available for the first time in 3 weeks. (only time we were off together)
