Decoder having disorde

Hello Peter

My name is Tilly Bepuka my ID number: 7101140291088 I have a problem with Multichoice, My decoder was not working I took it to them on the Maponya Mall Multichoice on the 22/01/2014 and they said I must take it to Randburg because they can't fix it. I took it to Randburg on the 23/1/2014 and they gave me another decoder which has a problem as well. I phoned them on the same day and they said they can't give me another decoder I must buy another a new decoder and yet I'm paying insurance, why am I paying insurance if this is the kind of treatment I'm getting. This is really bad service I will never refer anyone to Multichoice. I want a new decoder and working in order decoder as I'm paying Insurance.
