Multichoice can't loan me a decode

On 15/01/2013, my decoder started giving a 8118 error. I phoned the call centre on 0112892222 and they advised me to go to my nearest service centre at shop 58 Princess crossing for them to give another decoder as i'm paying insurance. Have been paying insurance for the past 3yrs. On 16/01/2013, my wife went to Princess Crossing and she was told they don't have stock and she must wait for 4-7days or else drive to Randburg for an immediate swap. Why must i or she drive to Randburg when i pay insurance? Multichoice should make a plan for another decoder to be delivered at Princess Crossing. If i was not paying insurance, i'll buy a new decoder.
