They took money without my permission

I tried to unlink my extra view decoder from my PVR but the call centre said they couldnt do it as i was already on holiday. so i accepted it. But then they still had the cheek to debit my account with R941.72! So they took money for a service that they never gave me! I have been phoning them since the 7th of January. On the 18th of January, they deposited a cheque into my account (which takes about 7-10 days to clear) and they short paid me. After about 12 phone calls and 2 emails, I still haven't resolved this issue. They keep promising to call me back with answers but they never do!
