Insisting they have deposited refund but its a lie

I have contacted my bank and no cheque was deposited by Multichoice to my account. As per email from Lawrence Mncube on 12 April informing me that a cheque was deposited into my account no such reflects and my bank has informed me that no cheque or funds are deposited into my account. After several calls to DStv and posting a complaint on Hello-Peter, I still get dealt a raw card from Multichoice. I have spent so much time, resources, patience, cooperation, sending emails, calling (making up excuses for the absolutely utterly ridiculous non-help) and still in the end none of your capable consultants could resolve my query properly. What am I suppose to do to get my refund? Why am I receiving such treatment? You have left me no choice but to come to your offices and demand my money I will be there and will not leave until I receive a cash cheque, I will not agree a cheque that will take 7 days to clear by so doing i will be agreeing and giving permission to be paid a month later. This is rubbish I am really unhappy about service at Multichoice it is rubbish, your contact centre, accounts department have incompetent people proof is the treatment received.
