GOOD DAY LAST YEAR IN OCTOBER I DID NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY DSTV ACCOUNT.WHAT HAPPENED NEXT IS THAT MULTICHOICE DID NOT DISCONNECT ME FROM THEIR SERVICES.NOW THEY CLAIMING I MUST MAKE A PAYMENT OF R1248.00 BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR.CAN MULTICHOICE PLEASE RECTIFY THIS MATTER.
