BEYOND FRUSTRATED NOW!!!

So this is what happened. And I am beyond frustrated now. The multichoice is on myhusband's name. But he is deceased. So for all this years our account is up to date! Never had multichoice any problems relating to my account whatsoever! Details: Multichoice no: 138498854. My husband Id 5104095148081. We have extra view. So the 2 decoders details is Main decoder smart card num: 41318346867 and extra view 41318323247. Day before yesterday received a message on the extra view tv stating that waiting for primary decoder. Spoke to a concultant could not get it fixed. Last night spoke to another agent and at last got the view fixed and all was in order. Not even 15min passed when xtra view were off again. Got a message on the primary decoder stating that account has been deactivated!!??? WHY? WHO GAVE THE PERMISSION! I WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY ANY FEE'S FOR DEACTIVATION OR RE- ACTIVATION! Please sort out my xtra view - no one said deactivated. How can it be our problem - therefor multichoice is there to help straighten out if a channel or in my case whole xtra view stop working!!! NEED THIS SORTED TODAY!!!
