Ripped off as consumers by DSTV SA

I have Pvr and extra view fitted. I had to buy a specific extra view decoder, can't use existing one, RIP OFF! It's slow and hangs with channel change and data! I call to ask for answers, Pls bring it in TO RANDBURG! How? I work! RIP OFF! Still have the problem!.
I have a holiday decoder, i was asked bring it in to Rburg to exchange, Why? it was working! How do I go to DSTV? I work! I've paid for the hardware, If it needs updating for HelloPeter sake why make it my problem! back your product up and collect it from me! RIP OFF!
I was at my holiday home on Sat, I wanted to activate my holiday card.. I was number 40 in the Q. This would have cost me precious holiday time holding as usual, prob 60 min! and the expense of the phone call! HUGE RIP OFF! So I didn't have TV all weekend! Thanks DSTV the rugby was awesome! I called today to complain to find my holiday decoder has been deactivated. DSTV DID NOT ADVISE ME! That this has been done and can't reverse it.?! I am told i will not have dstv at my holiday home until i bring the decoder and card in?!! HOW DSTV? R8400 plus the extra holiday viewing R9000 a year is a lot of money for simply shocking product! I am going legal!
