DSTV deducted R1320 from my account. Should have been R695 only for subscription and Extra View. Phoned now to be told I agreed to have 2 decoders working independently on my account.!!! This also after we asked for the extraview to be disconnected from the 9th as the decoder went on holiday. I am told that it will take 4 working days to listen the recording and a FURTHER 7 - 14 working days to get my money back once they find out they have made a mistake!!! This is ridiculous! My money has been! It has my budget! And now my phone bill is down the toilet due to the long HOURS on the phone trying to rectify this!

So we didnt have extraview and then we did have extraview and then we didnt??? I really dont understand how inept Multichoice is! Call ref 132805892
