DO NOT GIVE DSTV PERMISSION TO DO DEBIT ORDERS!!!

I recently reconnected my DSTV. I was asked if i wanted to rather pay my account by debit order for convenience. I agreed. It was made very clear that I would need to make a manual paymetn for the month of April and debit orders would start from May. At the end of March i paid R796. A few days later DSTV took another R793 from my account!! After countless calls and dealing with some extremely rude call centre staff my issue has not been resolved! 12 days later and i still have not recieved a refund and cant get through to the call centre without having to wait lenghty amounts of time for someone to be available to take my call! I was told by 2 supervisors this would be a matter they would try settle quickly but no word from anyone!! No apology and no offer to compensate for the incovenience caused and not to mention the additional money I have had to spend calling DSTV to resolve this! My father had problems with DSTV and debit orders too. They take money without permission, not owed to them and do nothing to rectify their mistakes! I want my money back!!!
