I cancelled my subscription with effect from 1 may 2013. It was too late to cancel the debit. No problem as i could just get a refund. I called the call centre fro a refund was told ten days. Still no refund. Phoned a week agao again and now i cannot get a refund, but they could give me a letter to take to the bank to reverse the debit. A week later still no letter.
You were quick to cancel my service but now are keeping my money. i just want my money back
