Incompetent Agents and Incorrect information given

On the 18 January I called the CCS department and spoke to Allan I wanted to cancel all my debit orders and he requested that I write a hand written letter and fax it through which I did I have a report to prove it. On the 22 January I again called CCS to check if my documents were received and that all debit orders have been cancelled and was that yes all debits have been cancelled and if they debit I will get my money back. I called on Monday 29 January 2013 CCS to inform that debits went off on my account and they told me that I must send a letter requesting for a refund which I did and was told 3days for a refund. On Wednesday during the day I called again spoke to Alan and he advised that I will get my refund or response by 5pm and this morning I called CCS and was told to wait yet another day!!! Im utterly frustrated as I don't have money or food waiting for the stupid bank to refund my money can someone pay my money back TODAY!!!
