This is one gym, i stopped my contract with them 4 months back, i paid the penalty fee as they requested and i paid my monthly sescription as they requested that time (this is now 4 months back) and 2 days back they still deducted a monthly sescrption fee of R 305 and R 190 for the debit order, i phoned and phoned and all they say is we will give you a call back all the staff there is rude and the one lady screamed on me and told me i need to phone head office, so i phoned head office on this number 011 - 425-4790 but no one answered it only went to a voice mail, so i left a few voice mails for them to phone me back but no one has phoned me back as yet, SO MY NEXT STEP IS THE PAPERS, I TAKE THIS AS AS I AM NOT USING THEIRE SERVICES NOW FOR 4 MONTHS AND THEY STILL DEDUCTING MONEY AFTER EVERYTHING WAS FINILISED AND LETTERS WAS SEND THRU AND A DEDUCTION WAS MADE FOR THE MONTHLY FEE AND PENALTY FEE, IF ANYONE KNOWS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE TELL HIM HE IS BUSY LOSING BUSINESS AS HIS SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC IS . BUT WE WILL MEET AGAIN AND AFTER TODAY WHEN I NEEDED TO PHONE 3 TIMES AN NO RESPONSE I AM DONE WITH THEM . TIME TO TAKE FUTHER STEPS...
