I have been trying to cancel this subscription for the last three months now. Last month they promised to cancel and refund my payment, still waiting for the refund and then they debit my account with another months payment. What must I do to stop this and get my money back? It seems going legal is the only way to go!!! This is a rip off and surely illegal to take money from people who have cancelled a subscription. I suggest they make a plan very quickly before I go legal.
