Efund still not paid

I cancelled my car insurance on the 27th May 2013, and i was told that the debit order of the 28th will go through but the refund will be paid within 3days once i submitted my bank statement. which was fine with me to my suprise on the 31st they still didnt cancel the debit orders and two debit orders went through to deduct again. On 03/06/2013 I sent a letter and bank statement for refund @8:09am and gave Phumi a call letting her know that i have faxed she confirmed receipt and said she is submitting the refund it which will be paid in 2 -3 days, its the 5th day refund is till not paid and shes telling me it will take another 3days. cant insurance be quick to pay you back as much as they are so quick to deduct your money even when you cancelled now i have to run around calling them and she has never bothered calling me to tell if theres any problem, its frustrating to wait for your money and been given a runaround, can giving a service be so difficult
