ILLEGAL DEBIT ORDERS AGAINST YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

This company send my bank a debit order instruction, which went of on 2 Dec 2013, after contacting bank I also had to phone FNB first, then a company called Personalised Systems Services and then only I got the number of Freezone! I have informed them that I never had any dealings with them, so they need to cancel the debit order, I was told to wait till today 06/12/2013 so they can refund!! why should i wait for their mistakes?? After requesting a letter (which my bank needs to reverse debit order) I was told today that unfortunately they cannot give me a letter as that will be admission of guilt!!! Seriously pathetic
I am not leaving this here, but will take it further. They are a bunch of incompetant liars! by the way i am still waiting for the promised refund - fuming mad!!!
