NO DELIVERY OF MAGAZINES

I got a Gift Subscription to the HQ magazine for a friend of mine in December 2011. After receiving the Mags on and off, many phone calls and emails sent the issues eventually stopped coming. My friend has yet to receive her last 4 issues (For the later of 2011). I am shocked at the service received and still have not had any calls from Cool Mags. We are now at the end of May 2012 and still nothing. I am sick and tired of dealing with people who refise to give you the service that you pay for. SHOCKING!!!
