Still no refund

I phoned mulichoice on the 13th of April to activate a Holiday package for 7 days. On the 1st of may an amount off R1697 was deducted from my account. I reported this issue and cancelled my debit order on the 4th of may and was told that this would be resolved in 7 to 14 days by Refilwe. I followed up on the 12th of may and spoke to a different person who told me taht the debid order was cancelled but could not find anything about a refund on the system. I again reported the issue and was told that the package was activated but never cancelled. He then told me that the amount for that week should be R157, my subscription R695 and a movie of R25.

I then spoke to Eddie the supervisor who told me that they must listen to the recordings to verify my conversation on the 13th of April. I phoned again Yesterday the 20th of May with no feedback, apparently I can not report the problem again. I was told by Coreen that she will phone me back with the outcome. She did phone back only to tell me that they will look into the issue.

Multichoice owes me R820 that they refuse to pay back.

Shame on you Multichoice,
