I bought a years gift subscription to the HQ Magazine for a friend in December 2011. Throughout 2012 I was having hassles with my friend not receiving her gift subscription. She still to this date has not received the last 3 issues of this magazine dispite me contacting the puplication on many occasions. I am very embarressed with this gift and certainly will not ever use these services again. The issue is still not resolved. This company has refused to get back to me and let me know what is going on. This is very poor service.
