Despite being on a YEARLY (PAID UPFRONT SUBSCRIPTION), for bicycling and runners world this is now the third month in a row where I have had a problem getting my runners world Magazine.
In December I had to make 3 phone call and send 3 e-mail to get my magazine, up to now 2 phone calls 2-emails with NO RESPONSE AND NO MAGAZINE
JANUARY mags not received, no notification about February as well.
I have sent email requests on numerous occasions only to get NO response.
I am told that my email is important to them and will be responded to promptly, their excuse being "we are experiencing high volumes of e-mails". Is it maybe due to no deliveries?
To date, I am STILL waiting for a response!!!
SHOCKING SERVICE - AND IF THIS CONTINUES, I WILL NEVER RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION NOR PURCHASE ANY OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!
