I've called Multichoice on four occassions regarding the over billing on our May 2013 account.
I;ve received two different reasons, first being that it was for an installation we requested, than it was a cash refund we recieved at a branch. Neither of this is correct.
I was than told last week Monday, 13/05 that the R900.00 overcharge will be reversed into my bank account by 20th May but have not received anything to date.
Please can someone competant, have a look into this and let me know when I can expect my money?
