I purchased a subscription of Cosmopolitan magazine for a friend's birthday in September. Payment was made in full and commencement was to be October 2013. My friend received the October issue but both she and I have since been trying to ascertain when these people are likely to deliver the November and December issues. Laetitia insists the magazines were delivered but they have never been received and the "manager" Arnie, is never available to speak to us! Two days ago we were told that the matter had been escalated - to where? Heaven? Because no one on earth has bothered to call and update us and neither has any special effort been made to ensure the magazine gets delivered to my friend!!! This is a disgusting state of affairs and frankly, paying for something you don't get, is some form of surely?
