For the past 3 weeks, we who have a subscription with You magazine, have had to phone on a daily basis to find out when we will recieve delivery of our magazine. For the past two weeks, we have not received delivery of our magazine. One of our neighbours, received last weeks copy last night, the neighbour and our magazine normally arrive together. My mother has spoken to someone who promised to come back to her and they havent. She also requested they mark who the magazine is for, so that the other residents cant take the magazine. This week, our neighbour's magazine had a label on it. We have paid for a subscription - that we are not getting, not only are we not receiving the magazine we pay for, but we are also not receiving promised phone calls to keep us informed. My mother's name is Sheila Jansen Van Vuuren, the subscription is in her name, She uses her cell phone number for her Subscription when she calls them.
