Since December 2013 I have been trying to elicit a response regarding non-delivery of Ideas Magazine (I am a full subscriber - full payment made on 1 December 2013 for two subscriptions).
No magazines received for myself in December or for my sister, for whom I took out a gift subscription for 2013.
I renewed the gift subscription for my sister for 2014 and took out a new one for myself for 2014.
Queries go unanswered, only automated email response. I have contacted the Media 24 subscription dept.
on the following dates: 17/12/13; 12/01/14; 14/01/14 and 21/01/14.
I received the February 2014 issue. My sister has not received hers. Neither of us received the December 2013 or January 2014 issues. I am sick and tired of their tardiness, and should they not respond asap, I will cancel the subscriptions and demand a refund.
