I bought in a complex in Royal Ascot "managed" by Merville Property Administrators and they have proven to be totally incompetent.
The complex rules are not enforced and if a resident lodges complaints, there is never feedback.
In future I will not purchase property in any way shape or form affiliated to Merville. They are happy to collect monthly fees but we see very little done to protect our investments.
