Hi. I bought a Zodiac MX8 from Builders Warehouse in Sept 2012, after renovating my pool. Top of range product. Product still under warranty. After 6 months the MX8 stopped working last week. Rubber wheels do not turn, machine does not move or clean pool. Pressure fine. Took it to Builders who informed me I can only deal with supplier direct, no returns accepted. Phoned Zodiac helpline in store - no answer. Builders very kindly gave me new rubber wheels from a new machine at no charge. Machine is clean, no debris or obstructions. Got home, it still does not work. Pool getting greener. Phoned helpdesk twice again. Still no response. Builders advised me not to buy a cheaper Zodiac / Baracuda model, as then I will only have more problems, based on number of other customer complaints. Builders did say that Zodiac's service is very good, but so far I have not seen anything to justify that.
